What is covered
Structural failure of stitching or hardware, including buckles, snaps and rivets, and material defects in the leather hide that compromise the product’s integrity.
What is not covered
Normal wear and tear, including scuffs, scratches and natural patina or darkening; damage from abuse, neglect, improper care or extreme conditions; stretching; and unauthorized repairs or alterations.
How to make a claim
Contact support@kiltedleatherworker.com with photos of the issue. If covered, the item will be repaired or replaced at The Kilted Leatherworker’s discretion.
