We specialize in artisanal, small-batch production. Every item is handmade to order in our Katy, TX workshop.

Pilot Program

New wholesale accounts begin with a 5-unit pilot order to ensure a good fit for both parties.

Pricing & Payment

Wholesale pricing is provided upon approval. All initial pilot orders must be prepaid (Net 0) before production begins.

Corporate & Personalized Bulk Orders

For corporate orders involving logos, branding, or custom engraving/personalization (Custom Bulk Orders), the following terms apply:

Artwork Requirements: Buyer is responsible for providing print-ready, high-resolution artwork (e.g., vector file formats such as .AI, .EPS, or .SVG, or other formats we approve in writing). Buyer is responsible for ensuring artwork accuracy (including spelling, placement, sizing, and color expectations where applicable).
Proof Approval Required: Production will not begin until Buyer approves a digital proof (mockup) or a physical proof (sample), as determined by The Kilted Leatherworker LLC. Buyer acknowledges that approval constitutes acceptance of layout, spelling, and design.
Deposit / Payment Schedule: Custom Bulk Orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin production. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping.
No Refunds / No Returns: Custom-engraved and/or personalized bulk orders are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, except for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery.
Intellectual Property Warranty & Indemnity: Buyer represents and warrants that it owns or has obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations to provide and use any logos, trademarks, artwork, names, or other materials (Buyer Materials) in connection with the order. Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Kilted Leatherworker LLC from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of or related to any allegation that the Buyer Materials infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
FOB Shipping Point: All orders ship FOB Katy, TX. Title and risk of loss transfer to the Buyer once the goods are delivered to the carrier. The Buyer is responsible for shipping costs and insurance.
